Why is there a delay in receiving a reply to my email?

Many of our customers are reaching out to us at the same time and we are facing an extremely high number of customer contacts. As a result of this, our answering times are longer than usual and in these situations we try to prioritize customers with immediate travel plans. 

In some cases the handling time might be several months. If you already have an active service request, please know that your case will be handled and that we will contact you as soon as there is progress regarding your case. We kindly ask for your patience and we will get back to you with a resolution as soon as we can.
